Higher hotend temp? #35

What setting would I change, prior to building the firmware, in order to be able to set a higher temp on the hotend than 255c? Right now the hottest I can manually set it is 255c. Unless that's just a UI thing? I want to be able to print PETG and ABS pretty fast, and right now my limiting factor is just the hotend temp.

And don't worry, I've already upgraded to an all metal hotend with bi-metal heatbreak. The PTFE tubing won't be in any danger of getting too hot and being dangerous.

You must change this line in Configuration.h: #define HEATER_0_MAXTEMP 275
