Hi,

May I ask what are the releases of Batmeth2(what versions existed in the past), and what the current version is? I couldn't find any information on GitHub or in the manual.

It also could be interesting to create some git tag to fix the release. And also to add a licence on the code in order to allow its distribution through bioconda for example.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. We admit that we have not done well enough in this aspect. We will pay attention to this issue in the later versions.

I still plan to pack it for Bioconda (except if you have a work in progress).

So I need a Licence and a tag version as prerequisite
