I met a similar problem when using batmeth2 calmeth. log showed Illegal instruction (core dumped). Have you fixed your problem?

I also met this problem. Command: BatMeth2 calmeth -Q 20 --remove_dup --coverage 4 -nC 1 --Regions 600 --step 50000 --genome ../ref/genome.fa --binput ../01.wgbs_mapping/gen1_pe.sorted.bam --methratio gen1 1>gen1.log 2>&1
