Create reusable components

Try to refactor smaller presentational components from the views, making them reusable and reducing code duplication. Possible things that could be its own component:

• Buttons
• Input fields
• Answer options
• Result list element

I have added, or at least the beginning of a re-usable component in form of an error and loader component.

Lots of reusable components have been created, some additional are likely to be introduced.
