Favicons, created, added and linked

NJ-Readme is used to flesh out the documentation and set the initial format.

Images for accessibility and wireframes add

Colour scheme, Colour contrast
Wireframes - desktop, tablet, mobile, 3 question types.
Placeholder images put into readme format.

User stories added with acceptance criteria

started feature section, placeholder images set up also.
