db2_instance_homedir not used #236

The values vor db2_instance_homedir and db2_instance_fenced_homedir seem to be ignored. The db2inst1 user's homedir will be set to /home/db2inst1, regardless of these parameters.. later it will fail when it tries to register the licence...
