How to swtich the other vector database and graph database to save the data? #187

Currently, support for switching to other vector and graph databases is not provided. You may refer to the implementation approach in nano-graphrag for guidance.

I did a pull for Neo4J a short while ago. I'll take a look at Pinecone integration next week.
