Delay in creating repos #3

Apparently some bits of the spreadsheet further down were still locked; they're unlocked now, and I think most people who wanted have updated, but just in case I'll leave it till tomorrow morning then create all the repos.

Remember you can work locally (or in a private repo), then merge together later.
