Salary Expectation

• $65,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities:

• Developing, deploying, and maintaining front-end and back-end web applications
• Full-cycle and full-stack software development on web applications, REST APIs, and micro-services. From small quality-of-life issues to architecting new products and services.
• Falling in love and obsessing over our customers' problems. Then, defining, prioritizing, and tasking projects to solve those problems.
• Practicing SOLID development principles.
• Writing integration and end-to-end tests to ensure product reliability.
• Giving and receiving code-reviews on pull requests.
• Managing deployments with CI/CD.
• Mentoring and coaching fellow team members, encouraging the growth of yourself and others.
• Providing product support.
• Occasionally swapping hats to serve different needs within the organization.
• Ensuring that security best practices are followed

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 2-5+ years of full stack or front-end software development
• Thrives in a high-performance, self-starter environment
• Has experience developing and deploying SaaS products at scale.
• Has built and deployed modern complex web applications using technologies such as React, Angular, Svelte or Nodejs.
• Has experience writing performant SQL queries
• Has extensive knowledge of JavaScript (ES6), HTML and CSS.
• Can empathize with our customers to help create solutions to their business problems.
• Isn't afraid of failing, learning and trying again.
• Is located in Canada
