What You'll Do (Job Description)
Build relationships with clients and help them grow their business.
Assist clients through onboarding and provide them with ongoing support, hold their hand when needed and ensure an effortless experience.
Directly work with clients through multiple mediums (SMS, phone call, email, Loom).
Advocate for clients to bring their feedback and concerns to the Citrus team.
Create graphics and marketing material In Canva to support clients as well as internally for Citrus.
Create and post marketing content for the website and social media.
Be a voice for the industry and conduct research.
Create and research new leads for the sales team, looking through potential leads around the world and creating the data to provide to the sales team.
Be flexible in your hours to respond to client questions and concerns.
Follow, create, and refine internal company systems and processes.
What You Need to Be Successful (Skills)
Must Have
Dedication and a passion for youth programs and camps.
Experience in either sales, marketing, client support, or account management.
Successfully multitasked, prioritized, and managed timelines.
Excellent verbal and telephone communication abilities as well as active listening.
Customer-centeredness and adaptability to various personality types.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
Familiarity with Canva or another graphic design software.
Leadership and organizational skills as well as the capacity to solve problems.
Identified as an individual that is upbeat, personable, hardworking, and patient.
Motivation to roll up your sleeves, wear multiple hats and do anything it takes to further the mission and growth of Citrus.

We are looking for someone to join our team and work full-time from Monday to Friday, with the potential for weekend work too. This way, we can ensure we are always here to provide the best support for our clients whenever they need us.
