What You'll Do (Job Description)
We're looking for a passionate, design focused, results oriented person to come on board as our Unified Communications and Collaboration Specialist.
You’ll play a key role in the design, delivery and support of our SharePoint online and Microsoft 365 cloud space including Email, Skype, Teams, OneDrive and more. This will include everything from collaborating with team members and team lead to contribute to the creation of roadmaps and identifying strategies, implementing new technologies and support/maintaining the overall environment. You will spend your time:
Strategizing, developing, implementing and maintaining additional SharePoint online sites, lists, libraries and functionality.
Maintain existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items) in the M365 tenant including the implementation and sustainment of new customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content.
Administer, troubleshoot and deliver enterprise-level Microsoft 365 technologies such as, but not limited to, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Managing and delivering all aspects real-time communications technologies (e.g., Teams, SharePoint and Email) including design, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, documentation, and recovery (both hardware and software).
Maintaining relationships (technical level) with third party vendors in relation to IT real-time communications technologies as it pertains to Microsoft 365.
Providing tier 2 and tier 3 support for all Conexus employees on technical issues and business operations (e.g., trouble shoot, analyze, resolve or refer to third party vendor) for the M365 suite as well as real-time.
Supporting the fulfillment of ongoing and future organizational real-time communications technologies and operation’s needs (both hardware and software): research, analyze, recommend and implement changes.
Must Have
2 years of M365 experience in SharePoint Online including administering, strategizing, developing, and implementing.
3-5 years of IT experience in the M365 suite.
Relevant Experiences
Hands on experience administering, strategizing, developing and implementing SharePoint online and Microsoft 365 environments including, but not limited to, Exchange, Skype, OneDrive, and Teams.
