Scrubsanity crashes, similar behaviour to #1649 #1681

Just making a separate issue for this as requested.

Similar to #1649, certain deku merchants will crash the game on interaction. Behaviour seen from myself and another user on the discord seems to point to duplicate items (main items duped in logic), junk items, and progressive wallets. Essentially the same issue as #1649, just happening with scrubsanity.
