I'm playing at 90 fps (on a steam deck OLED) and when phantom ganon leaves one painting to jump to another, there is a noticable blur in the direction of the painting he will appear at.
I have no clue if that exists in the normal game, but it seems that at high frame rates the question of where he went is pretty easy. Just wait for him to disappear from the one he's leaving.
Sounds like an interpolation issue, it probably needs to be turned off for a second when PG changes paintings. Not sure who to talk to to do that though.
