[v3] Bigocto platform didn't lower #4339

After beating Bigocto in Jabu Jabu's belly, the platform didn't lower. I had to warp out (or well, save and reset, since I didn't have any warp songs available at that point) and it only started lowering when I re-entered the room.

  1. Will be resolved by #4349 , it is no longer be forced on by rando, I just forgot to remove the checkbox disabling
