Almost half the HUD occasionally disappears #4401

The B button, C buttons, dpad and minimap will sometimes just disappear. They come back on next room transition. Seems to happen after picking up an item.

The A button, hearts, rupees and magic are unaffected.

This was still an issue as of last Friday when I played on a fresh nightly download

This is most likely due to a time saver hook or some other hook interaction not properly reseting/updating the HUD visibility state.

If it happens most often after an item is received, it's probably something to do with get item skips?

Yes, though it's difficult to track down, as it's seemingly not tied to a specific check or item... (at least in the cases I have witnessed it and tried to repro)
