Previously, checking Mixed Entrance Pools would just show all mix options. This PR changes it so that Mixed Entrance Pools automatically toggles visibility based on other entrance shuffles (it shows only if at least one of the 5 pools that can be mixed are something other than off). It also dynamically shows each individual mixing option based on its corresponding entrance shuffle being other than off, and dynamically places the bottom separator on the last option to be displayed.
