Glitchy effects with interpolation enabled

Some particle effects are glitching out with interpolation enabled. These are known to have glitched rendering at 60+fps (haven't tested at 30).

• Twinrova projectiles (phase 1 beams)
• Cuccoo feathers (flying with cucco)
• Ganon rubble (collapse sequence)
• morpha water effects
• Ganondorf light arrow/tennis effects

This list should be updated with more as we find them.

I believe the dorf ones are the only unfixed ones from this list
