While make a full specification of the protocol would slow us down I'm going to create a spec.md sheet that will outline encodings, signature schemes, and data structures. This should make it easier for integrating gogs, and other apps we want in the mvp as well as help outside developers get up to speed.
This should be where any of the information about transformations of the blockchain data into postgres and graphql should live also. This will be developers go when trying to write apps on top of #D would go for basic information.
I'll also include some short descriptions explaining the functionality of different fields and structures.
