Hii, I m a GSSOC'24 contributor A code of conduct file is necessary to ensure smoother contribution and collaboration abiding by the rules and no dissent and make everyone aware about the actions which can take place on not abiding. So please allow me to add it and assign the issue under GSSOC'24.

It sets clear guidelines for expected behavior and helps ensure that all contributors feel safe and respected. The repository currently lacks a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file which is an important resource for fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment within our community. @HartzFrequency You can assign this issue to me as I'm working under GSSoC'24 as a contributor.
