Moved GitHub banner from left to right, so it doesn't occlude the UI #14

By default, the GitHub banner in the template occludes the UI. See:

I moved it to the right, so it no longer occludes the UI. See:

While I was at it, I normalized the case of the HTML.

I think you got some problems with the local path.

This is how it normally looks:

normal pictshare ui

If I were to put it on the right side it would look strange since on bigger resolutions all the elements would be left and the github banner would be on the right
