Coding Schemes' check in the Data Dictionary #687

Is there an existing issue for this?

Is your proposal related to a problem or functionality gap?

Currently the 'code' column in the data dictionary is case sensitive. It only accepts Codes in Upper Case. I recently uploaded a scan report (id 620) with lower case code names, which failed to map icd10 and icd9 codes.

Describe your proposal

a) codes can be not case sensitive as coding schemes have unique names. b) Display warning in case of incorrect coding schemes in the DD.

This will also help avoid wasting resources on scan report uploads in case of incorrect codes. Could also add further checks like verifying the fieldnames, field values match Scan Report.
