🐛 "Summary view" for rules errors #690

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

On a Scan Report's rules page, clicking "Show Summary view" results in a blank page. The developer pane shows the following errors: image

Expected Behavior

A modal should display with the summary table of rules.

Steps To Reproduce

In prod system, navigate to the rules page of any scan report, and press the "Show Summary view" button.

I think this might be "broken" in #652 - but for me it's hard to tell it is now broken, as I don't think it ever worked locally anyway. We can take a look.

Or prioritise the view in #680 if it's harder to fix.

I can anecdotally confirm it was working a few days ago, but nothing more.

I don't see it explicitly in #680, only implicitly under Scan Report Mapping Rules
