Currently this takes at least half a day to do, but what does it look to do this in 10 minutes?

Containerise everything, even the OMOP CDM start.

Should be able to find examples on all the Dockerfiles.

  • [ ] Mount the current code directory for the app/next-client-app
  • [ ] Install npm dependencies
  • [ ] Add to docker-compose
• [ ] Containerise the Azure Functions
  • [ ] New Dockerfile
  • [ ] Mount the code directory
  • [ ] Install Poetry
  • [ ] Install Python dependencies
  • [ ] Add to docker-compose
• [ ] Add the omop-lite CDM start to docker-compose
• [ ] Edit the webapp local Dockerfile to add:
  • [ ] Database migrations
  • [ ] Seeding database
  • [ ] Create superuser
• [ ] Update the docker-compose with:
  • [ ] Configuration to make it all plumb together
  • [ ] Environment variables for any ports, any configuration etc.

Investigate whether Azurite can have containers created on startup defined in the docker-compose: https://github.com/Azure/Azurite?tab=readme-ov-file#docker-compose

If not - is there a different approach we should consider?
