Games no longer tracking and decklist not showing decks

With the latest update on my Note 10+ arcane tracker no longer seems to be tracking games or showing the proper selected deck after pressing the blue button.

I see the error message saying "no hearthstone logs found. You usually need to restart hearthstone."

Restarting does nothing. Restarting the phone does nothing.

Any help?
