Stuck on permissions screen #181

Android 10 device can't get arcane tracker to get past allowing permissions. It loops and doesn't request the permission it's asking for. It goes to allow access to downloads and then back again over and over.

Hi @bramsey679 how's the issue? I am on android 10 samsung s10+ and I haven't updated this app for some time, worrying that it can break. So it this working for you now?
