Add support for detecting legend rank #83

Hi, It seems that when I play ranked games at legend, arcanetracker is not storing the legend rank correctly. It appears blank in hsreplay and track-o-bot, whereas with hstracker on my mac the legend rank for games displays fine on hsreplay. Is it possible to fix this please?

As always, many thanks for producing this great tracker, it's invaluable and I use it everyday!

Hi !

It might be doable but it's not easy for 2 main reasons:

on Android, arcane tracker cannot read the program memory like on PC and has to rely on image processing to do this which is more complicated to get working reliably
It's been a long time I haven't reach legend rank and it's hard for me to test ;)

So doable but not easy...

Ah I see, well hopefully the new ladder changes will make reaching legend less of a grind so you can test it again!
