The ruleset from the old Hectus Network that existed in 2022. Very similar to NeoBB, but under the name "PG-Rules" and a bit more complicated and never playtested.

Description:

The rule-set of old Hectus, which got abandoned in 2023 and is replaced with new Hectus. The official rule-set can be found on Google Docs under the name PG-Rules (Coming from "MarcPG-Ruleset"), but is sadly quite chaotic and can be confusing. NeoBB is the remake of this rule-set using some improved concepts.

Working on it right now. Should be available in the next commit. Already implemented all the game logic and custom turns, just gotta test it now.
