Replaced withoutHorizontalPadding #1569

replaced hSection withoutHorizontalPadding with hSectionWithoutHorizontalPadding
removed minimalPadding
updated claims scroll with general scroll pagination (looks smoother and adjust to the screen size)
updated home bottom scroll with general scroll pagination (looks smoother and adjust to the screen size)
