ios: Changing deprecated 'framework with type podspec'with podspec #27

The following error was raising while using the latest xcode and cordova-ios 7.0.0:

tag with type "podspec" is no longer supported. Please use the "podspec" tag.

this pr change the framework tag to podspec and updates the version to 1.1.8
