We temporary moved the configuration part to the https://github.com/HelTecAutomation/platform-asrmicro650x

The ASR Microelectronics ASR650x dev-platform is in an archive mode and will be removed from the PlatformIO ecosystem soon. There are no planned updates or new features to it in the nearest future. Please use it only for legacy projects.

@Heltec-Aaron-Lee , could you provide a migration guide?
