Baneful Bats is a Crypt of the NecroDancer mod that makes chance-based moves fatal, such as moving next to a bat that's about to move. It can be configured from the menu to merely damage instead of killing by changing Customize→Custom Rules→Mod Options→Baneful Bats→Bat blunders are fatal.
