[DEV mode] The app does not up properly without the "certs" files path in redfish.conf #508

Running app in DEV mode without setting the certs path in config file, the app does not run properly, the certs files are created, but the application does not respond to requests.

PS.: DEV mode is, for example, running the app using the run.sh file.
