It would be nice to have the history of multiwii in this repo instead of the current code drop format. I have a hacky version of that located here: https://github.com/koenkooi/multiwii-firmware/tree/flexbot-hex-rebase
It should be easier for you guys to recreate, since you know which revision you started from :)
