Login email field is case sensitive #322

If I type in Wanda.W.Czerwinski.17@dartmouth.edu, hindsite doesn't recognize that that user name is actually wanda.w.czerwinski.17@dartmouth.edu

@wandaczerwinski I think this a backend issue, do we want emails to be case insensitive?
