Lookback lets me scroll down even if nothing is there #331

The look back lets me scroll down to just see an empty view, basically lets me scroll when it shouldn't.

ya- this is an issue that is solving another bug, i thought this was the necessary solution. either your timeline bars dont scroll down or you can always scroll, idk just seems like the only solution rn

@wandaczerwinski @gamiller could we put a little notification on the bottom that says "scroll to see more" (if there is more to scroll to) that stays there until the user scrolls down. Instead of always having scroll, I think telling the user they can scroll is a better solution.
