Feature Request - Admin approval of items & more

• [x] add admin approval for items
• [x] add admin only views for pending items, etc.
• [x] add admin only navigation links
• [x] change default sorting of items (alphabetically -> item creation time)
• [x] admin can no longer add items

We have to fix the search functionality so it doesn't show the pending items.
