Dependency list (python-magic and python-magic-bin) causing errors #20

python-magic works for linux (ubuntu 22.04) and mac, but this dependency causes seg fault on windows python-magic-bin is the counterpart for windows and this breaks building dependencies on linux (atleast on Ubuntu 22.04) as of last I checked.

Additionally, python-magic needs libmagic as a dependency to work on Mac.
