Decimal precison of exposure time #62

I think it would be best if we could increase the allowed decimal precision of the camera's exposure time. Currently the smallest increment possible is 0.0001 seconds. I'm doing some very short-exposure recordings and at least one more decimal place would be helpful. I noticed this when passing Imagine a waveform file with an exposure time of 0.00079 seconds. The 9 gets truncated by Imagine. Both in the GUI and in the .imagine file the exposure time is written as 0.0007 seconds. I'm not sure whether the camera actually gets the correct exposure time or not, but I'm guessing it doesn't.
