fix bit and modified emotes #44

These emotes have string ids.

Modified emotes have a format of 12345678_SQ
Bit emotes have a format of emotesv2_6ebeb5b05d706459c2a40823ab80d4e5

Thanks, this looks good. I won't have a chance to test it for maybe a month or longer, but I'll give it a test when I can and pull if it works as expected :). Twitch has changed the API quite a few times since I worked on this, so quite a few things are legacy and only kind of working :).
