Add a Delete button for saved profiles #6

This should be easy, I just need to remember to add it when I have a chance.

Added a delete button! The delete button currently deletes the selected profile and not the loaded one. On first click the text will turn red and the tooltip changes, on second click the profile will be deleted. Clicking Load or Save or selecting a different profile will reset the delete button to it's initial state.
