Characters are clipping through soft platforms

Steps to Reproduce

0. Get on top of a soft platform.
1. Walk -> Crouch -> Keep Walking.

There's two parts to this issue:

• The ground check does not ignore the same colliders that the movement colliders do right now.
• The movement code does not snap players to the ground while they're considered grounded.
