explorer is not working for litentry parachain in localnet

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run dive chain polkadot -p litentry --explorer --metrics
  2. Add litentry endpoint to explorer

Expected Behavior

EXplorer to show block details
