Issue summary updated explorer is working fine but blocks are not produced

Overview

explorer is not working for integritee parachain in testnet

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run dive chain polkadot -p integritee -n testnet --explorer
  2. Try to open explorer with integritee endpoint

Expected Behavior

Explorer to give details
