explorer is not working for kilt parachain in testnet #237

Overview

explorer is not working for kilt in testnet

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run dive chain polkadot -p kilt -n testnet --explorer
  2. Try to open explorer with kilt endpoint

Expected Behavior

Explorer to give details

verified the issue and closing the bug as fixed
