Hmm the test was failing

@rexwangcc The added functional tests need to be excluded from the unit test running in travis. Will fix and push to master

@rexwangcc travis was fixed with https://github.com/HumanCellAtlas/data-monitoring-dashboard/commit/6cf21e8e5962600ca66709756ea68e7112206eac
