An application for creating entries in MS Word.

Overview

The basic workflow for the application allows a user to select a case from which the data will be loaded. The data is generally accessed through a conneection to the external case managment system (CMS).

After the data is pulled from the CMS database, the user is presented with a dialog window which prepopulates fields with the data. The user then enters or modifies data as necessary. After data entry is complete, the selects the option to create the entry. The system generates a unique Word document from a template that is stored in the application.

The Word document that is generated by the application is opened from the user’s instance of MS Word. After opening, the user may freely edit the Word document.
