Add unit tests to check for 2.01 support #214

We need to check that:

[x] New narrative fields are parsed correctly
[x] @version is read at the iati-activities level
[x] Check support for xs:date timezones other than Z
[x] Check all uses of cl.SomeCodelistName (ie not just in the parse file)

We should also add unit tests for any new features, e.g.:

I've decided to drop support for Activity Websites (in 2.xx this is supplied in a document-link. Support for this should be reconsidered when support for document links generally is added.
