[requires.io] dependency update on master branch #266

To send requires.io directives about versions, I think you need to add filters as comments e.g.:

mock==1.0.1  # rq.filter: <2.0

This adds changes that shouldn't be made.

288 restricts what is permitted.

(hopefully there won't be another PR like this made before #288 is merged)
