[requires.io] dependency update on master branch #306

Coverage decreased (-36.0%) to 42.416% when pulling 24e2c3c620cc371c0a9700c3e8fa0abadef00c56 on requires-io-master into b9052fd755479d683be922d9ea7b033759f9029f on master.

Coverage percentage should always be unaffected by dependency updates. However, coveralls is reporting a significant decrease in coverage here, because dependencies are incorrectly being included in the calculation.

304 fixes this.

There’s instructions in the requirements.txt file that say:

These instructions haven’t been followed here.
