france-centrale – archiver shows incorrect error message #341

The error message shown for france-centrale suggests there’s a metadata issue, when in fact the file is not IATI XML at all.

I think this is expected behaviour. The metadata field on the registry says that this IATI Activity XML, and the file isn't.

This could be clearer though.
